Ziggi’s Coffee Launches New “Pick Two, Make it You” Value Pairing Alongside Expanded Food Menu
New offering pairs food with a $1 drink as brand introduces expanded food menu across all locations.
January 15, 2026 // Franchising.com // DENVER, Colo. — Ziggi’s Coffee today announced the launch of “Pick Two, Make It You” a new value-driven food and drink pairing available across all locations, alongside a significantly expanded food menu designed to fit more moments of the day.
The new “Pick Two, Make It You” option allows guests to pair any food item (excluding bakery) with a small Daily Brew, Cold Brew, Dirty Soda or Iced Tea for just $1. This promotion is in-store only. Unlike traditional bundled meals, the pairing is designed to flex with guest preferences, giving guests control over how they combine food and drinks based on their appetite, schedule or craving.
The value pairing launches alongside an expanded food lineup, catapulting Ziggi’s menu beyond traditional breakfast occasions and supporting visits throughout the day.
“Guests are more selective, routines are changing, and we can’t rely on default visits anymore,” said Brandon Knudsen, co-founder and CEO of Ziggi’s Coffee. “Our focus this year is on giving people more choice and flexibility in a way that fits any moment of their day.”
What’s New on the Menu
- Bacon, Cheddar, Green Chile Egg Bites:â¯Savory egg bites with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and green chiles, served two per order.â¯Starting at $4.95.â¯
- Tomato, Spinach, Feta, Kale Egg White Bites:â¯Fluffy egg white bites with tomato, spinach, kale, feta and Parmesan cheeses, served two per order.â¯Starting at $4.95.â¯
- Cheesy Chicken Melt:â¯Diced chicken, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and red and green bell peppers wrapped in a flour tortilla.â¯Starting atâ¯$4.95.
- Grilled Cheese Croissant Sandwich:â¯Melted cheddar and muenster cheeses layered inside buttery, flaky croissant bread.â¯Starting at $5.99.â¯
- Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwich:â¯Savory ham and melted Swiss cheese layered inside buttery, flaky croissant bread.â¯Starting atâ¯$6.99.â¯
- Turkeyâ¯and Pesto Grilled Panini:â¯Sliced turkey, melted provolone cheese and pesto pressed together on toasted bread.â¯Starting at $7.99.â¯
The brand is also bringing back two seasonal favorites for a limited time: Frosted Lemon Bread and the Cookies ‘N Cream Cake Pop. These new additions join an existing lineup of breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and bakery items.
Simplified Ordering and Customization
To make ordering easier across its highly customizable menu, Ziggi’s is transitioning to simplified drink sizing with small, medium and large options. The brand is also rolling out refined drink recipes and preparation standards to enhance consistency, flavor, and presentation.

The brand remains one of the few QSR coffee concepts to offer Dirty Soda as a permanent menu category and features more than 100 drink combinations across coffee, teas, Energy Infusions, Dirty Sodas, Fresherz and Blenders, allowing guests to fine-tune flavors and formats based on mood or time of day.â¯
