Wild Eggs Serves Up Its First Evansville, Indiana, Location
January 13, 2026 // Franchising.com // EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Wild Eggs is opening its first Evansville, Indiana, location on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
“While this is our first location in Evansville, it’s our eighth in Indiana, marking another step in our rapidly growing footprint,” said Andy Abbajay, CEO of Wild Eggs. “We can’t wait to become part of the community’s weekday routines and weekend brunch plans with our signature dishes and warm hospitality that define the Wild Eggs experience.”
The new Evansville restaurant continues Wild Eggs’ tradition of serving inventive, made-to-order dishes in a welcoming atmosphere, along with a variety of brunch-perfect mimosas. Guest favorites include Kalamity Katie’s Border Benedict, Potato Head Casserole, Mexico City Chilaquiles and the award-winning Kelsey’s KY Brown. The location will offer dine-in service, along with carryout and delivery via select third-party platforms, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
