Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Continues to Expand in the Volunteer State in 2026

The firm, now doing business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate TR Realty Partners, was founded in 2001 and has been led by current broker/owner Pamela Bull since 2015. Bull is an East Tennessee native, having spent her childhood growing up in the region and watching her parents run their own successful small local business. Many of their entrepreneurial qualities were passed on to Bull, who approaches real estate from a person-first perspective, while still ensuring that she and her affiliated agents are continually striving to improve. Since becoming licensed in 2015, hundreds of families can attest to her accessible, friendly business philosophy.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate TR Realty Partners sits in a region of Tennessee defined by its lakes and mountains. Bull and many of her affiliated agents have become known for their ability to provide lakefront property expertise, in addition to assistance with luxury homes and farms.

Bull looked to affiliate with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand not only to enhance the tools and resources available to her clients and agents, but also to create more bandwidth for herself and provide new agents with a more comprehensive onboarding process.
