Synergy Homecare Expands Into Fort Worth’s Northern Suburbs

The company is owned and operated by Victor Nava and Juan Contreras, both of whom have had firsthand experience witnessing how caregiving can change lives, and who now want to provide that same peace of mind to the families in their community.

Headquartered in Justin, Nava, Contreras, and their team of compassionate caregivers will assist residents throughout Fort Worth’s northern suburbs with a wide variety of non-medical, in-home care services, from companion care to personal care and respite care.

Using their local knowledge from working in the area, Nava and Contreras were able to notice the growing need for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers. U.S. Census statistics show that 10,000 Baby Boomers are turning 65 every day and that by 2030, there will be more than 70 million people over 65. According to the AARP, over 80% of this demographic reports wanting to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

Nava and Contreras have professional backgrounds that perfectly complement each other’s areas of expertise. Nava has spent years accumulating extensive experience in managerial and operational roles, where he was often tasked with directly overseeing a team of employees. Contreras brings boots-on-the-ground knowledge from his background working in sales and handling customer service needs. Together, the duo offers a balanced approach to business leadership, with experience both leading and being involved in day-to-day operations.

Beyond their business acumen, the pair also shares a deep passion for community service and promoting family values, which is what pushed them towards the home care industry.
