Dylan Barker, a 24-year-old local resident and appraisal industry professional, is the franchise owner leading the new territory with Velox Valuations. Dylan has been involved with Velox since its inception, supporting the company’s launch efforts through appraiser recruitment. Since then, he has worked under numerous certified appraisers, expanding his network and strengthening both his appraisal skills and knowledge of the market’s property landscape.
