Hospitality and Service Industry Veterans Help Expand the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Brand on O’ahu

January 06, 2026 // Franchising.com // MADISON, N.J. – Refined Real Estate LLC is the latest firm to affiliate with the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate brand.

The firm, now doing business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Refined, is led by O’ahu broker/owners Eric Yamamoto and Dennis Noah-Casison, a duo of leaders with extensive leadership experience and years of Hawai’i real estate knowledge. Yamamoto spent 19 years in the food services industry, where he oversaw six corporate stores before eventually transitioning into real estate in 2016. Yamamoto was recognized as an honoree for Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 for 2020 and Honolulu Magazine’s Best in Real Estate for 2020-2022. Joining Yamamoto in leadership is his long-time friend, Noah-Casison, who was also named to the Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 list. Noah-Casison has worked in real estate since 2012, while also holding other positions in the hospitality industry, where he put his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing to use.

Joining Yamamoto and Noah-Casison at the firm are several professionals with strong ties to O’ahu, many of whom also have military roots and can specifically assist fellow veterans while they navigate the island’s diverse market. In addition to the firm’s military experience, the brokerage’s affiliated agents are also able to assist with traditional residential real estate, as well as new construction and luxury properties all throughout O’ahu.

Five years after founding their firm, Yamamoto and Noah-Casison knew they needed greater support to help grow their company, and the power of the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate network was a major determining factor behind Yamamoto and Noah-Casison’s decision to affiliate. With the brand’s nationally recognized reputation as a leader in the lifestyle space, as well as its elevated marketing assets and centralized technology stack, Yamamoto and Noah-Casison will focus on increasing productivity for their affiliated agents, and selective recruiting of new professionals who are a strong cultural fit. In the coming year, they are looking to double the size of their firm and open a new office in Honolulu. With the help of their office manager/sales coordinator who leads onboarding efforts, the firm is already planning to invest greatly in its people.
