MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes is Relocating its Restaurant in Provo
December 22, 2025 // Franchising.com // PROVO, Utah – MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes is bringing its signature made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries, and handspun shakes back to Provo in the first few months of 2026. Opening soon in Provo’s Rivers Edge complex, the new MOOYAH location will be run by twin brothers Art and Nick Depole, who bring their restaurant expertise and commitment to quality dining to the local community.
“Relocating our Provo restaurant is all about making MOOYAH more accessible and enjoyable for our guests,” said Art. “Our new space gives us incredible visibility right off University Avenue, one of the busiest roads connecting BYU and downtown, and places us in the heart of a vibrant, growing community. We’re excited to welcome both longtime fans and new guests to a more modern, elevated restaurant that truly reflects what MOOYAH is all about.”
Art and Nick Depole bring a proven track record of business success and a shared dedication to quality that perfectly aligns with MOOYAH’s mission. After building and selling a multi-million-dollar company they founded in college, the brothers turned their entrepreneurial focus to the restaurant industry. Their first MOOYAH, which opened near New York City’s Times Square, faced challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, but their passion for the brand led them to Utah, where they revitalized and grew the concept. In 2022, they took over a struggling Provo location and transformed it into one of the brand’s top performers, achieving the highest year-over-year sales increase. Building on that momentum, they opened a drive-thru restaurant in Sandy in late 2024 and expanded to South Jordan in early 2025. Alongside the Provo reopening in early 2026, the Depoles are also preparing to open a new Riverton location, which will be the largest MOOYAH in the system by square footage, with even more growth planned in the years ahead.
“Art and Nick have continued to raise the bar with each new restaurant they open,” said Michael Meche, President of MOOYAH. “Their dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences has driven incredible growth, and we’re thrilled to see the Provo location return stronger than ever. This new restaurant will allow them to serve the community even better than before, and we’re proud to support them every step of the way.”
