JINYA Ramen Bar Unleashes Winter Chef’s Specials with Limited-Edition Demon Slayer Collectibles
December 02, 2025 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES — JINYA Ramen Bar is preparing its guests for battle with two Chef’s Specials that blend innovation and tradition — plus a limited-edition keepsake inspired by their favorite “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” characters beginning Dec. 1.
Leading the winter lineup is the Tokyo Yatai Classic, a tribute to Japan’s vibrant street food culture. This ramen features a chicken clear broth layered with pork chashu, a seasoned egg, spinach, fresh green onion, chopped onion, and a slice of naruto (Japanese fish cake), served with thin noodles and finished with crisp nori. Balanced and soulful, the dish brings a taste of Tokyo’s ramen stalls to the table.
Complementing the ramen is a shareable favorite — Crispy Chicken Wings tossed in an Asian sweet-sour sauce and garnished with cabbage, cilantro and chili slices. Whether slaying alone or with a crew, the combination of crunch, heat and tang delivers a flavor attack worthy of a Hashira-level appetite.
Guests who order the Tokyo Yatai Classic will receive one of three limited-edition ramen spoons featuring Demon Slayer characters Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma or Inosuke Hashibara. Each design captures the essence of the beloved warriors, inviting fans to collect all three while supplies last.
“These two dynamic, chef-curated creations bring fresh energy to our menu this season,” said Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO of JINYA Ramen Bar. “At JINYA, we continually seek new ways to elevate ramen culture — honoring traditional Japanese craftsmanship while creating memorable, modern experiences for our guests. Our collaboration with Demon Slayer lets fans ‘summon their favorite warriors’ while enjoying a bowl worthy of a hero.”
Available through Feb. 28, the Chef’s Specials for the winter offer guests a comforting way to savor the season while showcasing JINYA’s dedication to meaningful innovation — from slow-simmered broths to house-made noodles.
